Painting the underbody

For a change of pace I decided to clean up the under body now that major sheetmetal repairs are done.

First is cleaning and sandblasting any remaining sheetmetal that hasn't been done or replaced with new.

Next spray the entire area with Epoxy primer.

Seam sealer in all joints to keep water out for the future.

Next is a thin layer of gravel guard just to give it some texture and abrasion resistance.

Finally a coat of gloss black paint. It won't stay glossy for long once I start driving it but looks good for now.

The engine compartment gets a coat of gloss black for now but will get scuffed again and painted with rattle can Krylon semi gloss black.
